PSP Uniontown is requesting assistance with a theft of a 1998 John Deere tractor that took place on 5/5/23 between 1:00-9:00AM. The tractor was stolen from Brownfield Ln, South Union Twp. The Unknown Suspects utilized a vehicle with a small trailer and backed it into the yard of the property where the tractor was located. The tractor was too large for the trailer they had brought to the scene so they drug or drove the tractor across the street into a field and then came back with a larger trailer to remove it. The Suspects fled East on Brownfield Ln toward Redstone Furnace Rd. The image provided is a newer model, the stolen unit is older but still has the front bucket and a belly mower.
