PSP Belle Vernon is requesting assistance identifying 2 suspects involved in vandalism that occurred in Rowes Run on 9/9/23 between 2 to 5 AM. During this incident, they damaged vehicles at 5 different houses to include puncturing 25 tires. They actors were seen in the area on a quad and a dirt bike.
